## Start in Rhazes Clinician

Open [Rhazes Clinician](https://clinician.rhazes.ai/) to start working with your clinical AI assistant.

Transcription, dictation, file attachments and source selection open the clinician app. The website does not record audio, upload files or generate clinical answers. The demonstrations below show how the product works.

## Seven tools. One place to work.

From the first note to the final code. Bring your clinical tools together, without moving between apps.

- Separate apps → One clinical workspace.
- Searching for guidance → Sources beside the answer.
- Copying patient context → Connect your existing EHR.

Seven tools come together in Rhazes: AI scribe, decision support, local guidelines, medical coding, record audits, EHR connection and custom workflows. EHR connection and audits are available with Enterprise.

## One workspace, end to end: from the first word to the final record

Capture the consultation, check the guidance and code the record. Enterprise adds EHR integration and audits.

### Multilingual AI scribe

Turn consultations into notes and letters in your template. Speak in one language, write in another. Supports 110+ languages. In every plan.

### Clinical decision support

Explore diagnoses and management options, with links to guidelines and local protocols. In every plan.

### Medical coding

Get suggested medical codes with the supporting text beside each one. Review, then confirm. The demo illustrates ICD-10, SNOMED and CPT coding. In every plan.

### EHR integration

Bring patient context from your electronic health record (EHR) into Rhazes. We’ll confirm the connection for your system. Available with Enterprise.

### Local guidelines in Spaces

Ask questions about your team’s guidelines and protocols. Spaces keeps them in one shared library. In every plan.

### Clinical record audits

Check records against your criteria. See what needs attention and the evidence behind each result. Available with Enterprise.

### Workflows that fit your work

Create templates and repeatable workflows around the way your team works. In every plan.

## Clinical answers, with sources you can check

Explore diagnoses and management options, with sources beside each answer. See suggested diagnoses, their urgency and supporting references. You make the clinical decision.

The homepage demonstration follows one fictional case. As you scroll, the answer builds: the sources Rhazes reviewed, a differential diagnosis with likelihood and urgency, then the two references behind the first suggestions. Open the references behind the response and review them yourself. The example is fictional and is not medical advice.

The chatbox follows the Clinician layout: Transcribe, Sources, Choose space, Choose sites, Ask, Consult, Write, Code, Audit, Workflows, Local knowledge and Fill form. Each pill opens a fictional clinical example in Clinician, ready to send after sign-in. Hover or focus a pill to preview its example. The pills hide while you type. Choose spaces and sites inside Clinician.

## How the AI scribe works

In this simulated example, Rhazes turns a consultation into a draft clinical note. Compare it with the transcript, then check and edit it before use. The browser demo lets you replay the sequence, step forward, and switch from the default Gulf Arabic and English transcript to English. The note is written in English.

1. Capture the consultation.
2. Draft the clinical note.
3. Check against the transcript.

### Simulated consultation: English transcript

- **Doctor:** What brings you in today?
- **Patient:** Headaches most afternoons, about three weeks now. Screens make them worse.
- **Doctor:** Any visual change, nausea, or morning vomiting?
- **Patient:** No, nothing like that. Paracetamol barely touches them.
- **Doctor:** Okay. Let’s talk through the next steps together.

### Simulated consultation: Gulf Arabic and English transcript

- **Doctor:** وش اللي جابك اليوم؟
- **Patient:** يجيني صداع أغلب الأيام بعد الظهر، لي تقريباً ثلاث أسابيع. Screens make it worse.

### Structured note: draft requiring review

- **History:** Three weeks of afternoon headaches, worse with screen use.
- **Associated symptoms:** No visual change, nausea or morning vomiting reported. Paracetamol has provided little relief.
- **Next steps:** Further discussion planned. Assessment and management to be completed by the clinician.

Source: consultation transcript. This is a simulated consultation for demonstration. Generated text is a draft and requires clinician review.

## Coding and audit

Each suggested code is linked to the words in the record that back it up, and to any that don’t. Audit records against your criteria with Enterprise.

## Draft, check and edit. Keep the final say.

Three short fictional demonstrations show each step ending with the clinician: filling a gap in the note, opening a source, and confirming a code.

- **Draft the note:** Turn the conversation into a note you can edit.
- **Find the guidance:** Get clinical answers with guidelines and local protocols.
- **Review the codes:** See the record text behind each suggested code.

## Check the sources. Keep clinical control.

- **Evidence you can inspect:** Open the guidance behind each answer. Include your local protocols through Spaces.
- **Built with clinical oversight:** Built with clinical specialists and informed by our team’s published research. [View publications](https://www.rhazes.ai/publications/).
- **Patient data protection:** Data is encrypted when it is sent and when it is stored. Access is limited by role and logged. [Read about privacy and security](https://www.rhazes.ai/compliance/).
